Jump, Flip, Tumble and Roll

Lately I've been feeling that my figures look too stiff. To fix this I decided to reenact an exercise from my junior year figure drawing class. Draw from parkour videos! This is a great way to get a wide variety of action poses.





I'm assuming it's pretty self explanatory but the exercise involves pausing the video and then drawing the freeze frame. I highly recommend trying this exercise, especially if you struggle with action poses.
